Violet was in heat and over the past week we took her into to get progesterone test. We took her to our vet on 8/23/16 and her reading was 1.7, we took her back on that Friday and it 7. On Saturday, I texted Brad Minges, Leeah Chew and Collette Jaynes on if the timing is right. They all said breed her NOW :) Brad was a huge help and got us an AI appointment at NC State at 2:45 that day. I took Violet and Reggie in and Dr. Bailey and staff were excellent. The explained everything and answered any questions that I had. I was am supposed to try a natural breeding between Reggie and Violet the next couple of days. Stay tuned. I also wanted to say that Brad, Leeah and Collette are amazing and we are so thankful that they have taken us under their wings.
